Together with his cousins, Sam cultivated a vegetable garden on the family farm, selling their produce at local farmer's markets and eventually to restaurants in the Wildwood community. This early venture instilled in Sam a profound understanding of customer needs and the importance of delivering products that meet the highest quality standards.
As Sam's path unfolded, he pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Selling and Sales Management at Purdue University, honing the skills and knowledge essential for navigating the dynamic world of real estate.
